Tony’s passion for helping others paved the way to becoming one of Chicago areas health and fitness leaders. His diverse experience has allowed him to advance as a wellness leader, combining the art of exercise prescription and program design with the science of musculoskeletal assessment. What this means for the client is a  precise method of exercise to obtain their goals.

 

To remain on the forefront of personal training, Tony furthers his education with the C.H.E.K. Institute, and more recently, Muscle Activation Techniquesä. He also  networks with many other professionals in the fields of personal training, rehabilitation, and medicine.

 

Tony is also a continuing education provider/presenter for his peers and hosts regularly scheduled seminars and workshops. He has lectured to hundreds of trainers and strength coaches in the Chicago area over the last ten years.

 

In addition to those seeking their best physical fitness, Tony’s recent list of clientele includes:

  • Barrington Redwings Hockey Teams, under Coach Steve Cromie
  • Nationally ranked amateur and teenage USGA, IJGT, IJGA golfers, including; John and Andrew Ply, Ben Armstrong, Drew Pierson, Andy Gabelman, Marty Carmody, Greg Morin, and Terry Bachner. Prior golf clients include; Brandon Lawson (Illinois State  ClassAA Champion Golfer, 2001 Jr. PGA player of the year), Dr. Jim Suttie (PGA Teacher of the Year 2000), Mike Harrigan, Andy Shuman, and Jim Saab.
  • Several competing Ironmanä triatheletes who have taken 20-40 minutes off their times each of the last 2 years.
  • USA heavyweight Judo bronze medallist in the 2003 PanAm Games.

Services provided by AB&C Fitness include:

  • Assessment of posture, flexibility, balance, specific muscle tests, and  workstation ergonomics.
