Group Exercise Program



Mission- Have Fun, Learn New Techniques, Get Fit,
Burn Fat
When- Saturdays 7:45-8:45am
Cost- $25/ class or $200 for 10
Theme/Concept- Teach/introduce a variety of exercise
variables by changing the emphasis every month:
December
is Rope month, January is Chain month, February is Density month, March is German
Volume, April is Strongman/Outdoor Exercises, etc.
Proper form and Biomechanics
will be demonstrated. Multiple warm-up and cool down techniques will be shown.
The use of “metrics” or assessment and measuring techniques will be used as
examples of ways to show progress and limitations. And last but not least, pre
and post workout nutrition will be explained.

Evaluate then Educate then Exercise.”
The first Group Workout was on Thanksgiving morning.
It was a huge success if positive feedback is the measuring stick. 12 people
ranging in age from 17-60 yrs of age enjoyed it enough to commit to the next
session and bring others with.
My intention with group workouts is to evaluate,
educate and exercise (ok, and have some fun). I understand everyone wants a
great workout and with that I want everyone to leave having learned something
about themselves and their bodies.
